Our Client is seeking an experienced insurance sales professional who is committed to being a trusted advisor. This individual will be responsible for growing relationships by consulting with business owners and high net-worth individuals to manage and implement strategies for wealth transfer, estate planning, business succession planning, and executive benefits. The sale of life, disability and long term care products would be used to accomplish this objective.

• Has at least three years of experience selling life, disability and long term care products.
• Has a solid understanding of tax-efficient strategies: ILIT’s, Family Limited Partnerships, Charitable Planning (CRAT’s), QPRT’s, GRAT’s, etc.
• Skilled at analyzing life and disability insurance products by applying an in-depth understanding of taxation, estate planning, and financial analysis methodologies and concepts.
• Monitors insurance industry for opportunities and changing regulations by keeping current on industry reports, white papers and legislative rulings.
• Actively involved in networking and in the community to build and sustain successful    long-term, high-quality relationships with prospects, clients and advisors.
• Skilled at prioritizing, meeting deadlines and managing the insurance process to ensure   strategies are implemented accurately.
• Strategizes with internal team members to develop best practices and to implement      innovative solutions that will improve the client experience.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and high performance culture.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Required - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Sciences or related field
• Required - Health & Life License
• Required - Industry experience of at least 3 to 5 years
• Required - Series 6 and 63 Securities Registration
• Preferred – One of the following designations: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Juris Doctorate (JD), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) or Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU)
• Preferred – Series 7 and 66 Securities Registration
