Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic and energetic team as a Supply Chain Manager. They will be reporting to the Director of Operations. 


  • Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs house brokers, and 3PL providers
  • Ensure appropriate import and export compliance procedures are followed by employees and contracted service providers
  • Familiar with US Customs and Border Protection practices and the US Export Administration Regulations
  • Management of Inbound, Outbound, and Transfer freight processes and design

Planning and Analysis

  • Develop and maintain various supply chain plans and strategies
  • Optimize operational resources while executing cost reductions and inventory controls
  • Conduct monthly performance analyses to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned and integrated
  • Execute demand flow verification processes, engage in short and long-term planning and conduct inventory analyses for warehouse utilization
  • Strong knowledge in Kerridge ERP and IWMS

Inventory Control

  • Support growth objectives through the development of concise metrics and reporting functions
  • Responsible for conducting risk assessments on things like product shelf-life, supply trends, demand factors, at-risk product mitigation, and aged inventory
  • Reduce product obsolescence through inventory reviews and re-balancing efforts
  • Maintain a total cost perspective with a lean distribution mindset
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide stakeholders with actionable data and insights regarding current stock levels by category and location


  • Promote the design, development, and implementation of warehouse, distribution and logistics solutions
  • Manage labor costs, personnel productivity, inventory levels, data accuracy and stocking strategies
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of departmental activities and operations
  • Implement strategies to improve service quality, employee efficiency, equipment performance and interdepartmental communication
  • Improve warehouse operations using lean practices and share warehouse data to improve productivity, quality and customer service standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Certifications: ISM or APICS – CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, CPPM, etc
