The Plant Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation within our client's facilities.  The Supervisor will accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations to the staff, and managing the daily staffing needs according to production demand.  The supervisor is responsible for planning, monitoring job results; coaching, counseling and participating in employee relation meetings.  The supervisor will enforce company systems, policies and procedures.  The supervisor is directly responsible for the Safety program in the plant that he/she is assigned to; ensuring that employees are wearing personal protective equipment and ensuring that machinery and general facilities present a safe work environment for all staff.    The Supervisor will be responsible for daily/weekly communications to senior management with regard to production goals and orders.   The supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production and ensuring that parts are moved through the manufacturing process in order to meet timely customer demands.


  1. Manage shipment schedules on a daily basis
  2. Allocate manpower according to production demands
  3. Driving inventory accuracy
  4. Supplies management
  5. Coach, counsel and train staff as necessary
  6. Encourage a team concept
  7. Daily reports to management
  8. Drive process improvements
  9. Ability to identify a bottleneck within the product flow
  10. Promote positive work environment
  11. Track products through network based reports
  12. Carries out all job duties, incorporating safe work habits and proper equipment.
  13. Adheres to company policies and procedures.
  14. Performs other duties as assigned, while maintaining a high standard of excellence.


  1. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  2. Lean manufacturing with 2-5 years of experience
  3. 5S knowledge
  4. Multi-tasking
  5. Coaching and counseling employees
  6. Problem Solving/Troubleshooting


  1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
