OPEN INTERVIEWS: Wednesday, March 20th and Friday March 22nd @ 9:00AM

Enter Lobby and and ask for Zac or Allie!!! 

1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm - $13.00

2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm - $13.50

3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am - $13.50

***Standard overtime rates apply.

Must pass Background and Mouth Swab Drug Test. 

Excellent Health Insurance Benefits, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and Direct Employment after 90-Day contract period.

Up to $1.00/HR raise after 90 days. 6 month performance review

Please bring:

  • 2 forms of valid ID (driver’s license/ID and social security card/birth certificate)
  • Dress code is casual but pants/ jeans (no holes/rips) and no open toe shoes

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Team Member will apply knowledge on the assembly process, including material gathering, construction, quality control, packaging while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Production Team Operator will review and follow work instructions to complete the work at hand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the equipment functions efficiently and that all procedures work correctly

2. Load materials into specific cells and or machines

3. Run the machines and observe them during production, detect problems and stop processes and make minor repairs to industrial mechanics for fixes

4. Obtain current hi-lo certification and operate in a safe manner

5. Assist with troubleshooting activities and continuous improvement initiatives

6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment

7. Adhere to Team handbook, Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards, policies and procedures

8. Assure all safety devices are properly in place and utilized, PPE is worn correctly at all times, and reporting of any near-misses, injuries or accidents occurs immediately

9. Perform additional tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  2. A minimum of (1) year of experience in a production facility working at times in a high pace environment
  3. Experience working in a manufacturing environment for an automotive OEM supplier preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

  1. Ability to read and understand standardized work instructions and inspection sheets.
  2. Basic industrial math skills
  3. Ability to obtain hi-lo and crane certifications
  4. Desire to work in a team-based, lean-manufacturing environment
  5. Willingness to travel for training, and as other business needs may dictate
  6. Ability and willingness to work any shift, as well as overtime, as required to meet business requirements.
