The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that production equipment is operational and functions correctly.Responsibilities include ensuring that safety devices, guards, and controls are fully functional and meet OSHA/MIOSHA standards.The Sr. Maintenance Technician may also be responsible for routine maintenance to company vehicles, forklifts, crane, and other equipment as designated as well as routine maintenance to facilities, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. The Sr. Maintenance Technician must also be familiar with and able to perform preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis.At all times, the Maintenance Technician is responsible to maintain a clean and safe workplace and uphold the company’s mission statement.


  1. This individual will be responsible for assuring that all safety devices, guards, and controls are fully functional and meet OSHA/MIOSHA standards.
  2. All auxiliary, secondary, and support equipment must be maintained for use on an as needed basis. This includes company vehicles, forklifts, overhead crane and any other equipment designated by management. 
  3. Maintain all facilities, both inside and outside as necessary; office space, production area, and grounds.
  4. Adhere to and perform scheduled preventive maintenance at all facilities.
  5. Responsible for routine safety repairs at each facility to ensure compliance with governmental requirements.  
  6. Carries out all job duties, incorporating safe work habits and proper equipment.
  7. Adheres to company policies and procedures.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned, while maintaining a high standard of excellence.


  1. Ability to work independent of supervision and as a cohesive member of a team
  2. Must be a self-starter
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to use, read, and understand measuring tools, electrical diagnostic tools, and hand tools
  5. Ability to operate and maneuver forklift and scissor lift
  6. Own basic hand tools
  7. The ability to work outside of normal scheduled work hours and overtime as needed
  8. Knowledge of wire pulling and wire termination


  1. Must be at least 18 years of age
  2. High school diploma or equivalent
  3. Certificate of trades training a plus
  4. 2 years documented electrical experience in an industrial atmosphere
  5. Prior experience with CNC Bend and Hydraulics
