Job Description

IMPACT Management Services has immediate openings for an EXPERIENCED Manufacturing Customer Service Representatives at a manufacturing facility near the Grand Blanc, MI area. Qualified candidates will have prior front office customer service experience in a manufacturing setting.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with ERP systems and Great Plains experience
  • Three (3) or more years Customer Service experience desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal
  • Organizational effectiveness, including personal time management
  • Other duties as assigned


8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Monday - Friday (hours may vary based on business need)
