Job Responsibilities for Commercial Recruiters:

Recruit on behalf of IMPACT's clients to fill their open positions

Post jobs and use job boards and social media to source quality candidates

Conduct job interviews on the phone and in person

Provide a high level of customer service to jobseekers and clients

Represent and market candidates to clients

Proactively contact candidates to keep them engaged, informed, and organized

Qualifications for Commercial Recruiters:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or human resources preferred; or comparable combination of education and experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a staffing/recruiting role

Account Management/Client Engagement experience PLUS

Talent, Abilities, Skills, Knowledge, and Style for Commercial Recruiters:

Advanced communication skills; speaks articulately and writes with a polished vocabulary

Strong sense of initiative and independent problem-solving

High energy and motivation to stay on the phone for a high volume of phone calls each day.

Possesses the confidence and charisma to interact with dozens of people per day, in-person and on the phone

Projects a professional image and refined business decorum to clients and jobseekers

Takes pride in being detail oriented and highly organized

Savvy with technology and willing to conquer new systems such as phones, computer software, and printers/copiers
